Father Moises Bogdady

Father Moises Bogdady entered Seminary in 1986 and was later ordained a priest at 27 years of age. He faithfully served the garbage collectors area in Egypt for 10 years, the last 3 years of which he also served as the Deputy of the Diocese, before being assigned to the Archdiocese of North America in 2001 by HH Pope Shenouda lll. Hegomen Fr. Moises serves in the Archdiocese of North America, Saint Mark's Church in Cedar Grove, NJ. Fr. Moises holds Master's degrees in Economics and Theology, as well as a Diploma in German Linguistics. He is a member of the Standing Conference of Oriental Orthodox Churches and Liaison for the Oriental Orthodox Church & the Catholic Church. Father Moises is a gifted speaker, beloved father to many and humble servant of the Coptic Orthodox Church, along with his wife, Safaa and their 26 year old twin children.

Lilyan Andrews

Lilyan Andrews is a priest-wife, mother, engineer, blogger, and a certified life coach. While she is passionate about many things, she loves teaching and coaching others about healthy relationships. She has an active blog that has reached over 15 countries where she writes for Coptic youth on the struggles they face. Lilyan is also a Prepare Enrich facilitator, which is a tremendously helpful premarital and marriage assessment tool used to assess compatibility and foster strong relationships. She uses the Prepare and Enrich program to coach premarital couples and equip them for a unified marriage. She’s a NJ local, but serves with her husband, Fr. Anthony Andrew, D.Min., in Queens, NY. Silvia Farag, MSW, LSW

Silvia holds a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University , with a specialization in families and children. She is a PsyD candidate. Silvia has been a licensed therapist for over 10 years. She has extensive experience in working with families in crisis and families who have child protective services involvement. Silvia specializes in motivational therapy, couples counseling, individual counseling, and issues related to anxiety and stress related disorders through her practice, Christian Center for Counseling. She started the ministry, Coptic Women Fellowship in order to enrich, support and strengthen women. She also serves with the mental health task force of the assembly of canonical orthodox bishops. She is an experienced speaker with an aptitude to leverage and share personal experiences to engage audiences. Silvia provides psycho- education to the Coptic community while trying to remove the stigma of mental health.

Dr. Philip Mamalakis

Dr. Philip Mamalakis, with his wife Georgia and seven children, lives in Boston, Massachusetts, where he is the Assistant Professor of Pastoral Care at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology. Dr. Mamalakis directs the field education program and teaches classes on pastoral care, marriage and family, grief, death and dying, and topics related to pastoral counseling. He has a private practice in Newton, Massachusetts, where he works with individuals, couples, and families. Dr. Mamalakis has an M.Div. from Holy Cross and a Ph.D. from Purdue University in child development and family studies, specializing in marriage and family therapy. He has been offering parenting courses and writing on parenting for 21 years. He enjoys leading seminars and retreats on intimacy, relationships, marriage, parenting, and family life as well as on Orthodoxy and psychology.

Makar Naguib, MA

Makar is a Lead Coach, Associate Marriage & Family therapist. Makar is a couple and life coach, serving couples and individuals across the globe he has been working with these groups for over 15 years, and delivers more than 75 lectures each year. Makar's Work is focused on supporting heal thy conflict Management, forgiveness, sexual intimacy, and spirituality. Makar earned a Master of Arts Degree in marriage & family therapy from alliance Graduate school of counseling, Nyack College, and a Master's in Business Administration from Simon Business School, University of Rochester.
